In these rules, unless the context otherwiserequires,—

(a) 'Act' means the Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology, Trivandrum Act, 1980 (Act 52 of 1980);

(b) 'Director' means Director of the Institute-

(d) 'Section' means a section of the Act
