Section 5: Notice for Meetings of the Institute

(i) Npt j e s s t n fourteen clear days notice in writing of every meeting of the Institute shall be given to each member who is for the time beino in India. 9

(ii) A notice of meeting may be served upon any member either personally or by post under certificate of posting j n envelope addressed to such member. Such notice shall h" presumed to have been properly delivered.

(iii) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-regulation

(i) above, the President may calf a meeting at a shorter notice if he considers that there is any urgent matter to be discussed
