Section 3: Time and Place of Meeting of Institute

The Institute shall ordinarily hold its meetings in Trivandrum as many times as the President may determine, provided that an annual general meeting of the Institute shall be held every year.

13 • 4. Power to Calf a Meeting of the Institute.—The: President may. at any time, call a meeting of the Institute and shall do so if a requisition for that purpose is presented to him in writing by not less than seven members specifying the subject of the meeting proposed to be called.
