The Ganesh Flour Miles (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Ordinance, 1984.Ordinance · 1984

(1) No suit, prosecution Or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Central Government or any officer or other employee of that Government or the Custodian or the Government company or any person authorised by that Government or the Custodian or the Government company for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Ordinance, Protection of action taken in good faith.

(2) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Central Government or any officer or other employee of that Government or the Custodian or the Government company or any person authorised by (hat Government or the Custodian or Government company for any damage caused or likely to be caused by anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Ordinance.
