The Ganesh Flour Miles (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Ordinance, 1984.Ordinance · 1984

(1) The Central Government may, by notification, direct that all or any of the powers exercisablc by it under this Ordinance, other than the powers conferred by this section, sections 27 and 28, may also be exercised by such person or persons as may be specified in the notification.

Delegation of powers.

(2) Whenever any delegation of power is made under sub-section ( / ) , the person to whom such power has been delegated shall act under the direction, control and supervision of the Central Government.
