Section 56

The Global Open University (Nagaland) Act, 2006State Act of Nagaland · Act 3 of 2006

(1) The Annual Report of the University shall be prepared by the Executive Council and approved by the Governing Council. The Annual Report shall be sent to the Chancellor who shall cause it to be laid before theNagaland Legislative Assembly.

(2) Ifthe Universityhas off-campus inanother State or off-shore campus in another country, the Annual reports s h d also be sent to the Government of the State or foreign country.
