Section 25: Offences

The Goa (Abolition of Proprietorships, Titles and Grants of Lands) Act, 2014.State Act of Goa · Act 8 of 2014

(1) Whosoever contravenes the provisions of sub-section (4) of section 8 shall be deemed to have committed offence under this Act and shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months and with a fine of Rs.

1,00,000/- (Rupees One lakh).

(2) An offence under this Act shall be triable by the Sessions Court of the District.
