Section 32: Power to make regulations

The Goa Advocates' Welfare Fund Act, 1995State Act of Goa · Act 2 of 1997

(1) The Board may, with the previous approval of the Government, by notification in the Official Gazette, make regulations for carrying out the purposes of this Act.

(2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such regulations may be made to provide for all matters expressly required or allowed by this Act to be prescribed by this regulation.
