Section 11: Protection of action taken in good faith

The Goa Animal Breeding and Domestication (Regulation and Compensation) Act, 2025State Act of Goa · Act 21 of 2025

No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Government or the statutory authority or the appellate authority, officer, in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or of any rules or orders made thereunder.
