Section 4: Form of Application under section 9

The Goa, Daman and Diu Preservation of Trees Rules, 1983.State Rules of Goa · 1984

(1) Every application for permission for felling a tree shall be made in Form 'B'.

(2) Every application for removal or disposal of a tree or forest produce shall be made Form “C”.

(3) Court fee stamps of the value of Re. 1.50 paise (Rupee one and paise fifty only) shall be affixed on every application made under this rule.
