The Goa, Daman And Diu Villages Panchayats Regulation, 1962.Regulations · 1962

(1) The time and place of meetings of a Panchayat and the procedure at such meetings shall be such as may be prescribed.

(2) A member of a Panchayat may, at any meeting, move any resolution and put questions to the chairman or the vice-chairman on matters connected with the administration of the Panchayat in the manner prescribed.

(3) No resolution of a Panchayai shall be modified, amended, varied or cancelled by the Panchayat within a period of three months Meetings of Panchayat.
