Section 12: Other conditions of service

In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (a), (b),(c),(d),(e),(f),(g), (h) and (i) of sub-section (2), of section 50 of the Goa, Dama…State Rules of Goa · 1965

All other matters relating to the conditions of service of the Chief Executive Officer or the Chief Accounts Officer, who - a) is a Government servant deputed on foreign service conditions to the Corporation shall be regulated in accordance with the provisions of the central civil services rules;

and b) is not a Government servant, or being a Government servant has ceased to be in Government service, shall be regulated with the approval of Government, in accordance with the provisions of the regulations applicable to other officers of the Corporation.
