Section 13: Government servants on deputation

In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (a), (b),(c),(d),(e),(f),(g), (h) and (i) of sub-section (2), of section 50 of the Goa, Dama…State Rules of Goa · 1965

Notwithstanding anything contained in these rules, the Government may by rules prescribe any other conditions of appointment, service or scale of pay for the Chief Executive Officer or the Chief Accounts Officer, who is a Government servant deputed on Foreign Service conditions.
