Section 86: Maintenance of account and other registers

The Goa Medical Council Rules, 1995State Rules of Goa · 1991

The Registrar shall maintain the following books and registers:—

(1) Cash Book

(2) Ledger;

(3) Inward & Outward ledger including postage accounts;

(4) Dead stock register;

(5) Stock register for printed certificates;

(6) Receipt Books;

(7) Register for grants;

(8) Voucher files;

(9) Attendance roll;

(10) Register of leave accounts;

(11) Registers required for the F. F. of the Council;

(12) Service books and

(13) Other registers that may be necessary.
