Section 87: Opening of bank account

The Goa Medical Council Rules, 1995State Rules of Goa · 1991

An account shall be opened in the State Bank of India, Panaji or in any Nationalised bank, Panaji in the name of the Council and all monies of the Council shall be deposited in the Bank, subject to the provisions of rule

88. All cheques in Bank shall be signed by President/Vice President/any member of the Executive Committee and by the Registrar jointly.
