A person shall be disqualified for being a member of any authority of the University, if he,
(i) is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent court;
(ii) is an undischarged insolvent;
(iii) has been convicted of any offense involving moral turpitude;
(iv) has been punished for indulging in or promoting unfair practice in the conduct of any examination, in any form, anywhere;
(v) has any profit motive from University; and
(vi) applies University fund for his personal use.
32. Vacancies not to invalidate the proceedings of any authority or body of the University.
— No decision, act or proceeding of any authority or body of the University shall be invalid merely by reason of any vacancy or defect in the constitution thereof.
