Section 33: Filling up of emergent vacancies

The Goa Private Universities Act, 2020State Act of Goa · Act 4 of 2020

Any vacancy arriving in the office of a member of any authority or body of the University due to death, resignation or removal of a member or due to change of capacity in which he was appointed or nominated, shall be filled up as early as possible by the person or the body who had appointed or nominated such a member:

Provided that such person shall remain member of such authority or body, for the residue of the term of such member.
