Section 15: Disciplinary Action

The Goa (Right of Citizens to Time-Bound Delivery of Public Services) Act, 2013State Act of Goa · Act 19 of 2013

In addition to the imposition of fines under sections 11, 12 or13, the Government, may, if it is satisfied that the designated officer or the Appellate Authority, as the case may be, has failed to discharge the duties assigned to him/her under this Act without sufficient or reasonable cause, contemplate or commence disciplinary action against him/her under the Service Rules applicable to him/her.
