Section 24: Power of the Government

The Goa (Right of Citizens to Time-Bound Delivery of Public Services) Act, 2013State Act of Goa · Act 19 of 2013

The Government shall have the power in matters of -8- appointment to combine services or appoint a common person or common Authority to perform and discharge multiple functions under different Acts or Rules.
