Section 25: Reservations

The Goa (Right of Citizens to Time-Bound Delivery of Public Services) Act, 2013State Act of Goa · Act 19 of 2013

The Government shall endeavour wherever and whenever possible, to empower women and children for the purpose of giving equal protection of laws to women and children, widows as well as physically challenged persons; including by directing reservations and other benefits; for reasons to be recorded in writing, any reservation to any post or any other benefit under the Government or any of its Authorities, Bodies, excluding the local self-Government.
