Section 29: Appointment Letter

The Goa Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2025State Act of Goa · Act 23 of 2025

Every employer shall give an order of appointment to his worker in the establishment before such worker joins the service:

Provided that in the case of a worker in the service at the commencement of this Act, the employer shall give such order of appointment within a period of three months from the date of such commencement.
