Section 5: Term of office, allowances, etc., of members of the Board

The Goa Town and Country Planning Act, 1974State Act of Goa · Act 21 of 1975

The term of office of the members of the Board referred to in clauses (j) and (1) of sub-section (2) of section 4, the manner of filling casual vacancies among them and the allowances payable to them for attending the meetings of the Board shall be such as may be prescribed:

Provided that the member referred to in clause (1) of the said sub-section shall cease to hold office on his ceasing to be a member of the Legislative Assembly.
