Section 6: Resignation by a member

The Goa Town and Country Planning Act, 1974State Act of Goa · Act 21 of 1975

Any member of the Board referred to in clauses (j) and (1) of sub-section (2) of section 4 may resign his office by giving notice in writing to the Government and on such resignation being accepted, by the Government, he shall cease to be a member.
