317-AM-6.—(1) There shall be earmarked houses of the officers of CITCO, as may be determined by the Chairman, House Allotment Committee, CITCO Pool houses. The outgoing incumbents will have to vacate these houses within one month of the expiry of their term so that these can be made available to the next incumbent.

(2) All residential buildings which have not been earmarked for any particular class of CITCO Employees, shall form part of the CITCO Pool houses. These residences shall be allotted to eligible CITCO employees by the House Allotment Committee, CITCO Pool Houses.

(3) There shall be House Allotment Committee and the constitution of the Committee shall be as under House Allotment Committee, CITCO Pool houses.

(i) Managing Director, CITCO, Chairman

(ii) Chief General Manager, CITCO, Secretary/Member Secretary

(iii) General Manager (F&A)/Chief Accounts Officer, Member

(iv) Company Secretary, Member.

(4) The House Allotment Committee shall meet as often as it may be required.

(5) The house of type 9 (old) to type-13 (old) and types I to IV (New) shall be within the purview of the House Allotment Committee, CITCO Pool.
