Section 2: Definitions

(I) In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires.—

(a) "Act" means the National Green Tribunal Act, 2010{19of2©!0);

(b) "Chairperson" means the Chairperson of the Tribunal;

(c) "Tribunal" means the National Green Tribunal established under Section 3 of the Act.

(2) The words and expression used in these rules but not defined herein and defined in the Act shall have the same meanings, respectively, assigned to them in the Act.
