Section 3: Powers of Chairperson related to posting or transfer of a Member

GSR 295 (E), dated 04/04/2011 - NGT (Financial and Administrative Powers), Rules, 2011.Central Rules · 2010

(1) The Chairperson shall havê the power to post a Member at a particular ordinary place1 of sitting of the Tribunal.

(2) The Chairperson, depending on the contingency, shall have the power to transfer any Member from one ordinary place of sitting to another place of sitting by a speaking order.
