Section 179: Railway servant when assigned to travel with the train under exceptional circumstances

Railway servant, if any, assigned to travel with the train shall,- (1) obey all the lawful order of 240 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] his loco pilot in all particulars and assist him discharge his duties prescribed under these rules besides,

(2) undertaking such additional duties as are assigned to him specifically.
