Section 33: Distinguishing markers and signs for signals

(1) Where necessary, signals shall be distinguished by prescribed markers and such markers shall be fixed on the signal post below the signals as under,- 24 Note ,-Where a colour light distant signal is combined with a last stop signals as provided for under Rule 24 the marker shall be dispensed with ¹Hkkx IIµ[k.M 3(i)º Hkkjr dk jkti=k % vlk/kj.k 169 170 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)]

(2) Other distinguished markers and signs may be used with the approval of the Railway Board.
