Every licensee shall at all times keep - and maintain full and accurate sets of records showing sale of tickets and their rates and produce on demand for inspection, by the concerned officer of a rank not below than that of a Sub-Inspector, stocks of tickets and registers of accounts and computerised record of tickets and computerised accounts, if any.
