(1) There shall be adequate opening for ventilation purPOSes to ensure a balanced air supply.

7. Sanitary Convenience-z—(l) EVery video cinema shall be provided with sufficient and separate Water closet or privy accommodation as also urinal accommodation for the use of males and females.
