Section 8: Exemption

Gujarat Cinemas (Regulation of Exhibition by Video) Rules, 1984State Rules of Gujarat · 2004

(1) Subject to sub rule (2) nothing in this Chapter shall apply to any exhibition by video in an omnibus, which is used as a. contract carriage.

(2) The owner of such omnibus when so required shall have to 5 produce a photo state copy of the registration of the vehicle made by the authority competent to register the vehicle under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1939.
