(2) The notice under sub-section ( l) oi sectioJl ol the Act to a woman, who ac-cording to the custom does not appear in public, Shall be given in "Fonn B8"- l8- Report.of Inspecliorr.- The r eport o[ the norhi[ated olficer r€lating to inspection carried out by him under sub-iection (5) bas'eciion 24 ofthe Act shall be given in "Form B9"' I9. Notice to the owner or rgcupier of a buildittg or part lher'eof lo tutdertake cerToin measures-- (l) n ti v or lhe nature of the activities carried on in such place occupier of such plac€ or building or-part thereof shall .be given, a notice in "Form-Bl0", by the officbr authorized in i6r'U"titi under section 74 of the Act, directing him to unddhake lh,e requisite measures within seven days.
Q) The time to be specified in the notice giveo to thc owrer or lhe occupier under sub-rule (1) shall be specified having regard to the nature ofthe measures to be taken but no such time shall exceed 120 days in any case.
20- procedure for seoling ol a place or buitding or a pdrt-thereof- The procedure to be folJowed try the Director or the Reglonal Fire Offrcer or the ChiefFire Officei'in regard to sealing of any place or building or part thereo{ as required under sub.section (3) ofsection 26 ofthe Act shall be as follows, namely:-
(a) he shall require the [,ersons, in possession or occupation ofthe place or building or part thereof to be sealed, to remove themselves fiom there forthwilh;
{b) in case of non compliance of the said order, he shall direct any police offrcer having jurisdiction h the area to remove iuch persons from such place or building or part tliereof;
{r) after the removal of persons in possession or in occupation from such place or building or part thereof, he shall cause such place or building or part ther€of to be sealed by such police officer forthwith in the mauer vtltich he deems fit {d) the seal used to seal as aforesaid shall remain in the custody of the Director or, the Regional Fire Officer or the Chief Fire Officer, as the case may be;
