(9) The person authorized under sutsrule (8) shall give a notice in form C4, to the person in possession, that the goods and objects sbized, detained or rcmoved shall be sold if they are not claimed within the time sp€cified in the notic€.

Issaing of Fire Repo - (l) A fire report shall be made available on line or otherwise within 72 hours of the dati of ocitiiience bf fire to the Directoi fcir every fiiii accidint 'and special servlce call responded to by the any Fire Service. The owner or occupier whose property was affected by fire or otherwise by whatever way may obtain the copy of report from ihe Director, <2) Ir case owner or occupier requires any change in facts reported in the fire report he or shAhall make an application in Form Dl to the Director who may after satisrying himsQlf allow the change requested for and record the same on the fire report.
42. (b) in Form D3 to any Police Offrcer having jurisd iction in the ar€a, to remove pemons tom any place or building or part thereof which is dangerous to any person or property, and the said authori!, dr the police officer, as the case may be, shall be abide by such directions and he shall be responsible for the compliance of the orders passed.
