Section 13: Government Servants on deputation

Notwithstanding anything contained in these rules, the State Government may by rules prescribed any other conditions of appointment, service or scales of pay for the 1 [Managing Director] or the Chief Accounts Officer, who is a Government servant deputed on foreign service conditions.
