Section 14: Money to be kept by the Corporation in current or deposit account

Except as otherwise directed by Government, all moneys forming part of the fund of the Corporation shall be kept in current or deposit account with the State Bank of India or any Scheduled Bank or invested in such securities as may be approved by the State Government :-

Provided that the Corporation may keep on hand such sums not exceeding Rs. 10,000/- as the Corporation may consider necessary.
