The Gujarat Lokayukata Rules,1989State Rules of Gujarat · 1986

(1) The Lokayukta or an · officer duly empowered by the Lokayukta in this · behal(may administer oath to every person examined during inves- · tigatioil ur1der the Act. .

(2) The fokayukta may record in English the ~ubstance of the e\'idence given by each person examined by him.
