(l) If any dispi.tte arises under sub-section {3)° of section -8. the Governor shall foi:\Vard a copy .

of the application made to him by the party aggrteved in this behalf to the Lokayukta calling upon him to offer his views thereon within a pertod of fifteen days from the date of receipt of the application by the Governor or within_ such further period. if any; as may be extended by the Governor on the request of the Lokayukta • I I I 1 ) R. 9 (;ll,/_ 1,0 KAYUKTA RULES, 1989

(2) On receipt of tJ1e views of the Lokayuh.-ta under sub-rnle (1 ). the Goven10r shall draw up a statement of the case and. along with a copy of the application of the aggrieved party and a copy of the views thereon of tJ1e Lokayukta. reffr the statement to -the Chief Justice of the High Court for his opinion within such period as may be specified in the• statement or such further period as may be specified in the statement or such furth er period as may be -extended by the Governor.
