(I I While conducting a prelimiriary inquiry or an Inves­ tigation under the Act. the Lokayukta shall have all th_e powers of a Civil Court as c;ontained In Order XI. rules 12. 13. 14 and 21. Order XII rule 3-A. Order XIII rule 10. Order ZVI. rules l to 7. 10. _ l l. 12 regarding imposition of fine only. 14. 15 and 16 in the First Schedule to the Code. :with. such variations as circumstances may requir·ed.
