Section 41: Certified copy

The Gujarat Lokayukata Rules,1989State Rules of Gujarat · 1986

No person shall be entitled to a certified copy of any record of the proceeding before the Lokayukta:

Provided tha( subject to the Provisions of sub -:_Se£1,ipn t~l 2.( Sf~~~i.!?.U 10 and sub-section (I) of section 16. the Lokayukta mav pcnnit a ~ffiecf'co~in';i order passed in a ·-case, or of such part U1ereof. as he may deem fit. ·
