Section 2: Definitions

( I) In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,-

(a) 'Act' means the Gujarat Road Safety Autho ri ty Ac t, 20 18 (Guj.

10f2018);

(b) 'Authority ' means the Gujarat Road Safety A uthority (GUJROSA);

(c) 'Form ' means a Form appended to these rul es;

(d) 'Government' means the Government ofGujarat;

(e) 'Section' means a section of the Act:

(2) Words and express ions used and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings ass igned to them in the Act.
