Section 3: Add itiona l functions of the Authority

The Au thority sha ll perform the follow ing functions III add iti on to the functions provided in sect ion 4, namely :-

(i) to issue directions fo r the appointment of any public o r private agency as provided in clause ( iv) of sect ion 33;

(i i) to create awareness through soc ia l medi a;

( iii ) to declare awards and prizes fo r the outstand ing works done in the various field of road safety;
