( I) The Government afte r publi shing the notification in the Official Ga::erre under sub-section (I) of section 3 of the Act shall set-up statelregional level offices of the Authority; preferably In a Government building, failing wh ich in a rented space,

(2) The Government sha ll provide vehi cles as per the req uireme nt of the Authority :

Provided that the vehicles may be purchased or hired as per requirement by the Authority itse lf, both for enforcement as well as for administrati ve purpose with the prior approval of the Government.
