(a)The Commission shall maintain its accounts and all other relevant records as may be prescribed, in accordance with the provisions of section 20 of Gujarat State Women Commission Act,2002 and as per the provisions made in rules and regulations of State Gov rrnment in this behalf' .(b) The Commission shall get its' accounts audited at such interval as shall be prescribed by the Accountant General of the State .Anf expenses incurred in connection with such audit shall be payable by the commission to the Accountant General.
(c) The Accountant general and any person appointed !v tti* for the purpo dccounts of the commission undlr this rules thull pott"t same right and privileges an any books' vouchers or other documents in connection to s ah audit similar to eral of the Government
(d) Auditor appointed under this rules for auditing accounts of Commission shall have right to demand production ofbooks ofaccounts, relevant vouchers and other documents' pART-rV-Bl GUJARAT GOVERNMENT GAZETTE EX., 07-03-2014 102-3
(e)Accountant- General and any person appointed by him for the purpose of the audit of the accounts of the Commission under this act shall have right to inspect any of the offices of the Commission.
(f) At the end of every financial year accounts of the Commission, as certified by the Accountant General or any other person duly appointed by him in this behalf, together with the Audit report thereon, shall be forwarded to the State Government.
