Section 1: Short title application and commencement

(1) These rules may be called the Hand Picked selected Groundnuts Grading and Marking Rules, 1982

(2) They shall apply to the Hand Picked Selected Groundnuts produced in India.

(3) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
