Section 2: Definition

Hand Picked selected Groundnuts Grading and Marking Rules, 1982Central Rules · 1937

In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires.

(a) “Agricultural Marketing Adviser” mans the Agricultural Marketing Adviser to the Government of India;

(b) “Authorised packed” means a person or body of persons who has been issued certificate of authorisation by the Agricultural Marketing Adviser authorising such person or body of persons to grade and mark the Hand Picked Selected Groundnuts under Agmark;

(c) “Schedule” means a schedule appended to these rules.
