The Haryana Co-operative Societies Act, 1984State Act of Haryana · Act 37 of 1984

(1) The agent or agents of a sugar factory shall maintain an ti^^ of an office in one or more places within the State, as may be required by the agent.

Cane Commissioner, and shall maintain such accounts and submit such rerurns and statements as may be prescribed.
