Haryana Gau-Seva Aayog Rules, 2019State Rules of Haryana · 2010

(1) In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,-

(a) “Act” means the Haryana Gau-Seva Aayog Act, 2010, (19 of 2010);

(b) “Chairman” means the Chairman of the Aayog;

(c) “Department” means the Animal Husbandry and Dairying Department, Haryana;

(d) “section” means the section of the Act;

(e) “Secretary” means the Secretary of the Aayog ;

(2) Words and expression used in these rules and not defined, but defined in the Act, shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
