(1) The Vice Chairman shall preside over meeting of the Aayog in the absence of the Chairman.

(2) The Vice Chairman shall deal urgent/immediate matters in the absence of Chairman but such decisions/meetings shall require the ex post facto approval of the Chairman.

8. The Headquarter of the Aayog shall be located at Panchkula and for effective implementation of the Act, the Aayog may meet at any place in the State as the Aayog may deem fit.
