(1) A meeting of Authority may be called by giving notice of not less than seven days, either in writing at the registered address or through the registered electronic mail to each member:
Provided that an urgent meeting of Authority may be called by giving notice of not less than forty-eight hours, through the registered electronic mail to each member.
(2) Every notice of a meeting shall specify the place, date, day and the time of the meeting and shall contain a statement of the business to be transacted at such meeting.
(3) The notice of the meeting shall inform the members regarding the option available to them to participate through video conferencing mode, video calling or other audio visual means as the Chief Executive Officer may, based on the preparation and technology available, determine and the notice shall provide all the necessary information to enable the members to participate through electronic modes.
(4) Any accidental omission to give notice to, or the non-receipt of such notice by, any member for any meeting shall not invalidate the proceedings of the meeting.
