Section 6

Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority Rules, 2018State Rules of Haryana · 2017

(1) The quorum necessary for meeting, shall be one-third of the total number of members; and a member participating in a meeting through the electronic mode shall be included for the purpose of quorum:

Provided that there shall be no requirement for quorum for an urgent meeting convened by the Chairperson.

(2) If there is no quorum, the Presiding Chair shall either adjourn the meeting or suspend the meeting:

(3) A notice of an adjourned meeting under sub-rule (2) shall be given to all members.
